Until now packing in a single bag two products/components that rapidly lose their properties when in contact was a problem.
These two solutions were the most commonly used:
• Two bags were inserted one into the other (with restrictions in terms of volumes and usage difficulties for the end user)
• Machines with three reels were used, which are expensive and difficult to use.
This is why we have designed a double bag, known as “bi-bag”, which comes from a single reel and can be filled with two different products. We have created a truly innovative line of packaging machines.
These are the advantages compared to previously used systems:
• Ease of use
• Low maintenance costs
• Size change times reduced to a couple of minutes
• Can be used for “standard”, single-compartment bags
• Can be used for gusseted bags
